Custom Kiks offers size exchanges and accepts returning items for store credit within 2 weeks of your purchase being delivered.
Your gift card will be issued for the purchased amount of your returned items minus shipping fees in USD and will not expire.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your inquiry to be processed.
To start your return process, please email cs@customkiks.com with your name and order number.
Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
All returning items must be sent back in their original condition.
We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not fit the above criteria.
Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, etc., cannot be refunded upon return.
We do not cover the return shipping cost.
Custom Shoes: All orders (including pre-orders) for personalized custom shoes are final. Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.

Each pair of shoes is made upon request. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Order arrival date estimates provided at checkout do not include our processing time.
We recommend ordering 3 weeks before an event, trip, or vacation to ensure the package arrives within your timeline.
We are not responsible for returns shipped to the return address on your package label without tracking or giving us notice.
Shall items be returned in a package without notice or approval from our team, the entire returned order will be declined.
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
