OUR PROCESS: MADE-TO-ORDER, ZERO WASTE

Why does it take longer than Amazon or big box stores?

Because we don’t mass-produce anything, every pair of Custom Kiks is made-to-order, just for you.
We don’t hold excess inventory, and we only begin production once your order is placed. This sustainable model reduces waste and ensures your shoes are fresh, unique, and intentionally crafted.

How long does it take to receive my order?

     Production Time: Up to 7 business days

     Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (after production)

     Express Shipping: 5–7 business days (after production)

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a size chart just below the description. If you're unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
If your shoes don’t fit, we offer easy exchanges. Return shipping applies (see below).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I don’t love my shoes?

We stand by our “100% Love It” Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll offer you an exchange or a full refund—no questions asked.
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is a flat $29.95. Items must be unworn and returned in original condition.

We’re a small business, and this helps us continue offering unique, handcrafted shoes with love and care.

We do not store credit card information after your purchase is complete.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How are shipping costs calculated?
Your delivery address and the chosen shipping method determine shipping costs. You’ll see the exact price at checkout before placing your order.

What if my package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days?
While rare, delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived 30 business days after shipping, please contact us, and we’ll investigate and help make it right.
