ABOUT MY ORDER
Where’s my confirmation email?
If you placed an order but haven’t seen a confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder first. Still no luck? Contact us, and we’ll ensure your order is confirmed and on track.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders enter production quickly and can no longer be modified or canceled once processing has begun. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at cs@customkiks.com and we'll do our best to help before production starts.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Why does it take longer than Amazon or big box stores?
Because we don’t mass-produce anything, every pair of Custom Kiks is made-to-order, just for you.
We don’t hold excess inventory, and we only begin production once your order is placed. This sustainable model reduces waste and ensures your shoes are fresh, unique, and intentionally crafted.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production Time: Up to 7 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (after production)
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days (after production)

SIZE & FIT
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size chart just below the description. If you're unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
If your shoes don't fit, we offer free size exchanges within 90 days. Just get in touch and we'll make it right.
Due to differences in screens, lighting, and printing processes, final colors may vary slightly from digital mockups. We strive for accuracy in every pair.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand by our "100% Love It" Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a free size exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Because every pair is custom made to order, we evaluate each situation individually and always aim to find the best solution for you.
Free size exchanges, always. Returns are subject to a return shipping fee. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
We're a small business, and every pair is handcrafted specifically for you — we appreciate you ordering thoughtfully and giving us the chance to make it right if something isn't perfect.

How are shipping costs calculated?

What if my package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days?
While rare, delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived 30 business days after shipping, please contact us, and we’ll investigate and help make it right.
