Where’s my confirmation email?

If you placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us at cs@customkiks.com and we’ll help confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order may enter production and we usually cannot cancel, refund, or change the order. Please review your size, shipping address, and design details carefully before placing your order.

For orders covered by European Union consumer withdrawal rights, customers may submit a cancellation request for unfulfilled items through our Withdraw, Cancel or Return an Order page. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by our standard 12-hour policy.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.


OUR PROCESS: MADE-TO-ORDER, ZERO WASTE

Why does it take longer than Amazon or big box stores?

Because every pair of Custom Kiks footwear is made to order after your purchase is placed. We don’t mass-produce or hold large amounts of finished inventory.

This helps reduce waste and allows each pair to be made specifically for your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most made-to-order footwear arrives in 4-6 weeks. This estimate includes production and standard shipping time.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

ORDERING FOR AN EVENT

Can I order for a birthday, trip, holiday, or special event?

Yes, but please order early. We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks in advance for events, trips, gifts, or special occasions.

Arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for missed event dates if the order was placed too close to the needed date or if there are carrier delays outside our control.

Need your order for a special occasion?

Expedited upgrade service is available for events, gifts, and deadlines. Immediately after placing your order, email us with your order number and needed-by date so we can prioritize your order.


SIZE & FIT

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a size chart. Please review it carefully before ordering.

If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order and we’ll help you choose the best size.

What if my shoes don’t fit?

We know sizing can be tricky with made-to-order footwear. If your shoes do not fit, contact us within 90 days of delivery.

In approved sizing cases, we may offer a one-time remake in a better size. Shoes must be unworn, and our team may request photos or fit details before approval.


RETURNS & OUR 90-DAY FIT & QUALITY PROMISE

If there is a fit issue, production defect, damage, or incorrect item, contact us within 90 days of delivery and our team will help make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement pair, size remake, repair, store credit, or refund if we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns?

Because each pair is made to order, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, event timing, or design preference once production has started.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be declined.

Customers covered by European Union consumer law may exercise their applicable 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please use our Withdraw, Cancel or Return an Order page for details. 

Will the colors look exactly like the mockup?

Final colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, and the production process. We do our best to make every pair as accurate as possible.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. If a free shipping offer applies, it will appear at checkout.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can happen. If your order has shipped and tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
