EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Custom Kiks, we stand behind every pair we make. Since each shoe is custom made to order, we ask that you order thoughtfully — but we also know that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to help.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 90 days of delivery. If your shoes don't fit, simply contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate each request individually and work with you to find the best resolution — whether that's store credit, an exchange, or a refund. Our first priority is always to find a solution that works for you.
Please note that because every pair is made to order specifically for you, we encourage you to review your size, design, and order details carefully before submitting. Custom orders reflect significant time and craftsmanship.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Size exchanges are always free.
Condition
All returned items must be in original, unworn condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage.
How To Start
Email cs@customkiks.com with your name and order number within 90 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Each pair of shoes is made upon request. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Order arrival date estimates provided at checkout do not include our processing time.
We recommend ordering 3 weeks before an event, trip, or vacation to ensure the package arrives within your timeline.
We are not responsible for returns shipped to the return address on your package label without tracking or giving us notice.
Shall items be returned in a package without notice or approval from our team, the entire returned order will be declined.
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
