Custom Kiks started in 2017 when we noticed something: finding unique designs was nearly impossible despite endless apparel options. Everyone was wearing slight variations of the same styles. 

With a background in technology - but artists first and avid shoe lovers second - we put significant thought into developing tools and features that could bring our vision to reality. 

We soon discovered that our customers appreciated design guidance, so we developed an in-house design team that constantly creates new designs for our product catalog, resulting in shoes that always stand out.

But we also cared about being a responsible brand - doing things right, eliminating waste wherever possible, and being as transparent as possible about our operations and business journey. We are committed to spending more time sharing our stories and behind-the-scenes of our journey to building and growing something meaningful, high-quality, and personal.

The truth is that CustomKiks has always been self-funded, which allows us to do things our way. Fundamentally, we want to produce products only for people who want them (and love them) and grow our brand and company to impact each part of our value chain positively.
