Custom Kiks offers size exchanges and accepts returning items for store credit within 2 weeks of your purchase being delivered.
Your gift card will be issued for the purchased amount of your returned items minus shipping fees in USD and will not expire.

All returning items are eligible for refunds. We want you to 100% love your shoes.
Please ensure that all returning items are sent back in their original condition.

Each pair of shoes is made upon request. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We are not responsible for returns shipped to the return address on your package label without tracking or giving us notice.
Shall items be returned in a package without notice or approval from our team, the entire returned order will be declined.
