Custom Sneakers for 100 Employees: How Sizing and Fulfillment Works
Ordering custom sneakers for 100 employees sounds simple until someone has to collect 100 shoe sizes, confirm addresses, organize design selections and make sure every pair gets to the right person.
It doesn't have to work that way.
For corporate sneaker programs, Custom Kiks can either produce a consolidated bulk order or create a private branded collection where employees select their own sneakers, enter their own size and shipping information, and order through a company-provided access code.
That means HR, marketing and event teams don't have to manage a 100-row sizing spreadsheet before production can begin.

How do you collect shoe sizes from 100 employees?
There are two ways to handle sizing for a large corporate sneaker order.
Option 1: The company collects sizes
For a team receiving the same sneaker design, the company can collect everyone's sizes internally and submit one consolidated order.
This works well when the group is centralized, the order is shipping to one location, or shoe sizes have already been collected as part of event registration.
Option 2: Employees submit their own sizes
For distributed teams, Custom Kiks can create a private branded sneaker collection specifically for the company.
Employees receive a private link and access code. Instead of sending their shoe size to HR or a program administrator, each person chooses their sneaker and enters the information needed for their own order.
The process can include:
- sneaker style selection
- shoe size
- shipping address
- company access or payment code
- individual delivery and tracking
The company can still receive visibility into program activity, while Custom Kiks manages the ordering and fulfillment process.
This model was designed specifically to eliminate manual size collection and multi-address fulfillment work for corporate teams.
What sizes are available for custom corporate sneakers?
Sizing varies slightly by sneaker style, so we use the size chart for the specific shoe selected for the program.
Across our core sneaker styles, adult sizing generally covers approximately women's US 5–14 and men's US 4–13, depending on the model. Children's and youth sizes are also available on several styles.
Rather than relying only on a person's usual size, employees can compare their foot length with the size chart for the selected shoe.
To measure:
-
Place the foot flat on a sheet of paper.
-
Mark the back of the heel and the end of the longest toe.
-
Measure the distance between the two points.
-
Compare the measurement with the size chart for that sneaker.
If someone falls between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
What happens if an employee orders the wrong size?
Sizing 100 different people will never be perfectly predictable.
That's why our corporate programs aren't built around assuming every employee will get it right the first time.
If an order isn't right, we'll replace it. We don't require the recipient to return the original pair.
That matters for a corporate gifting program because the alternative can become surprisingly complicated: collecting shoes back from employees, creating return labels, reconciling sizes and redistributing replacements.
Our goal is to solve the problem, not create another administrative process.
Can employees choose different sneaker designs?
Yes.
A corporate footwear program does not necessarily mean producing 100 identical pairs.
A private collection can include multiple approved designs and sneaker styles created around the same company brand. Employees can then choose from the collection rather than every recipient receiving exactly the same shoe.
For example, Custom Kiks created a private 12-design sneaker collection for Rubicon. Employees received access to the private collection and selected their preferred sneaker and size rather than the company having to collect each choice manually.
This gives the company control over the brand while giving employees some control over what they actually want to wear.
Can 100 pairs ship to different addresses?
Yes.
There are two primary fulfillment models.
Event or bulk fulfillment sends the completed order to one destination. This is commonly used for conferences, sales meetings, company events and other programs where the sneakers will be distributed in person.
Distributed fulfillment sends pairs directly to individual employees. This works particularly well for remote or geographically distributed teams.
Custom Kiks' corporate program supports private branded collection pages, company codes and multi-address fulfillment specifically for this use case.
How long does a 100-pair custom sneaker order take?
A standard corporate custom sneaker program should generally allow approximately four weeks once the design and program are ready to move forward.
A typical timeline looks like:
Week 1: sample creation and approval
Weeks 2–3: production
Week 4: DHL Express shipping
Express international delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 days.
The actual schedule depends on the shoe style, number of designs, fulfillment method, approval speed and delivery destination, so companies working toward a fixed event date should start with the deadline rather than the order date.
Our production partner has capacity of approximately 400 pairs per day, so an order of 100 pairs is not unusually large from a manufacturing standpoint. The coordination—design approval, sizing and fulfillment—is usually the more important part to plan correctly.
What information do we need to start a 100-employee sneaker program?
You don't need everyone's shoe size before contacting us.
To begin, we primarily need four things:
-
Approximate quantity — for example, 100 employees
-
Required delivery date
-
Your logo, brand guidelines or design ideas
-
Preferred sneaker style, if you already have one
From there, we can recommend whether a consolidated event order or private employee collection makes more sense.
Custom sneakers without managing 100 sneaker orders
Corporate sneakers are different from ordering ordinary promotional merchandise because every recipient has a size.
But that doesn't mean the marketing, HR or event team needs to become a footwear fulfillment department.
Custom Kiks manages the process from branded sneaker design and sample approval through made-to-order production and fulfillment. For distributed programs, employees can select their own sneaker, enter their own size and provide their own shipping information through a private company collection.
You manage the program. We manage the shoes.
Custom Kiks creates custom branded sneakers for employee gifts, corporate events, sales meetings, conferences, client gifts and distributed team programs.
