ORDERING & SHIPPING
Every pair of Custom Kiks footwear is made to order after your purchase is placed.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL
Most made-to-order footwear arrives in 4-6 weeks. This estimate includes production and standard shipping time.
Because every pair is made specifically for your order, arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDERING FOR AN EVENT
If you are ordering for an event, trip, birthday, holiday, or special occasion, we recommend ordering at least 6 weeks in advance.
We are not responsible for missed event dates if the order was placed too close to the needed date or if there are carrier delays outside our control.
Need your order for a special occasion?
Expedited upgrade service is available for events, gifts, and deadlines. Immediately after placing your order, email us with your order number and needed-by date so we can prioritize your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders may be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your order may enter production and we usually cannot cancel or change it. Please check your size, shipping address, and order details carefully before submitting your order.
SHIPPING
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Please do not send items back to the return address on your package without contacting us first.
Items returned without approval, tracking, or notice may be declined.
