Each pair of shoes is made upon request. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times.
We recommend ordering 3 weeks before an event, trip, or vacation to ensure the package arrives within your timeline.
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note that once your order is placed, the full payment will be collected up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
We usually cannot change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
We are not responsible for returns shipped to the return address on your package label without tracking or giving us notice.
If items are returned in a package without notice or approval from our team, the entire returned order will be declined.Β
